Experienced Repair Technician for a Local Family-Owned Collision Repair

Role Requirements: I-CAR Certifications Preferred: A strong foundation in collision repair standards and techniques. Versatile Repair Skills: Capable of handling a wide range of repairs, from light cosmetic work to heavy structural repairs. Aluminum Welding: Certification is a significant plus. Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality welds on aluminum structures. Structural Work Capability: Skilled in executing structural repairs and modifications with precision. Adherence to OEM Repair Procedures: A strict commitment to following Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) guidelines and procedures for all repairs. High-Performance Environment: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting without compromising on the quality of work. Organization Skills: Must be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per hour
